  • Understanding how Humans are used as a measuring instrument
  • Discover difference between Trained and None Trained tasters
  • Learn about Taste and Texture within Coffee through Astringency, Body, and Pungency
  • Learning the four recognised tastes: Sweet – Sucrose, Acidity – Citric Acid, Bitter – Caffeine or quinine, Salty – Sodium Chloride
  • Develop the ability to run Triangle Test and Statistical Analysis
  • Learn how to run a cupping session and tasting the diversity of coffee
